From 17th May the club committee changed some arrangements at The OCG.
Risk assessments to be followed, for matches and training, are in the policies section of our website.
Things to note are:
On field activities and registration: These remain as before.
Changing rooms : These can be used, but by only two players at any one time. The club has introduced a policy giving priority to players under 18 to use the changing spaces. See website for details.
Showers : For health and safety these must NOT be used yet. They must be cleaned and tested first; we will let you know when they can be used.
Teas : We will not provide them at present. Please continue to bring your own food and drink.
Hospitality : The bar will reopen, but with limited space to social distance no more than 5 people must be in the area, excluding the person serving. Drinks and snacks must be consumed outside. Players and spectators must not linger by the bar.
The committee takes its responsibility to protect players, officials and spectators – young and older – very seriously during this pandemic. Thank you for your continued support and for following our guidelines when at the club.
