Introduction
Offham is a quiet village in the heart of Kent, whose main claim to fame is the Quintain that stands on the village green. The Quintain, which dates back to Roman times, is a device used to test the riding skills of horsemen and has featured in many historical books and articles written about the area.
The cricket club has also had it's moments of notability, appearing in several television documentaries as a typical picturesque village cricket club and has been praised by many a judge in the Best Kept Village competition run annually throughout the region.
The club, founded in 1945 is a real friendly organisation, relying upon it`s reputation of good cricket and great family atmosphere.
We are proud to be associated with Kent County Cricket Club and will always welcome to our club new friends as well as old.
